Do you have the money for laser teeth whitening or the patience for DIY teeth bleaching?

Like all professional teeth whitening treatments at the dental clinics, you can expect to be charged a higher price for laser teeth treatments compared to those do-it-yourself DIY teeth bleaching products that can be bought at supermarkets and pharmacies. If you are used to using the teeth bleaching gets and Crest whitestrips bought from the stores, you may get a big shock when you ask for the cost of laser teeth whitening such as zoom or britesmile, usually in the range of $700-$1500. While the whitening gels and medicine used by dentists does not cost that much more, you are actually paying more for the professional assistance of the dentist as well as for the specialized laser equipment. Such treatments usually take several hours and how much do you think is the hourly rate for a dentist?

Opalescence teeth whitening system for busy individuals who prefer DIY treatments

The best thing about the Opalescence teeth whitening system is that it can be applied by yourself in the convenience of your house. Due to the hectic work schedules of many people nowadays, they are unable to get dental leave and by the time they finish work, the clinics are all closed for the day. Unlike the other self-administered teeth whitening procedures, the opalescence whitening system produces visible results within a much shorter period. It generally takes about two hours to complete the treatment, compared to conventional teeth tray bleaching which takes up to eight hours or whitening toothpastes which requires up to six weeks. These are the reason why it has become very increasingly popular after being launched.

Have you heard of Laser teeth whitening?

Modern medical laser technology has been effectively used in many fields of medicine such as the widely known Lasik eye surgery, laser-induced interstitial thermotherapy and photodynamic therapy for cutting cancer tumors etc. Do you know that lasers can also be used to remove persistent stains on your teeth that cannot be easily removed by off the shelf teeth whitening products nor at your general dentist clinic?

Laser teeth whitening is also suitable for patients who want a very quick and painless process for brightening up their smiles. Even with a single treatment, the whiter teeth can be seen clearly. Many people and even Hollywood celebrities opt for this treatment because of its fast and effective results. If you are in the sales and service line where leaving a good first impression determines more than half of your success rate, you better be sure you have a pair of clean white dentures to complement your smile. And you certainly do not want yellowish, stained teeth to scare away your first dates.
