AT HOME REMEDIES FOR WHITENING TEETH

Published by amerontari at 4:01 pm under At Home Tooth Whitening Edit This

Now, whitening your teeth using commonly found home ingredients is a topic I am not too sure or familiar with. Many people will find that most Indians have really white teeth. Maybe it is a psychological effect or maybe it is the contrast between their darker facial skin color. It can be due to their inherent genetic makeup for pearly white teeth. Anyway, my Indian friend gave me some tips and information on how they brush their teeth the traditional way, especially in rural communities where standard toothbrushes and toothpastes are luxury commodities. The first is soda powder which can be found in almost all Indian grocery stores. Just rub the powder on your teeth. The other one is young mango leaves. Same procedure, just rub and mash up the leaf on your teeth. Think about it, they eat a lot of yellowish Indian curry which by right should have stained their teeth. But many Indians have white teeth. What do you think? Maybe the curry is offset by the milk and yoga based foods they eat frequently? Will at home tooth whitening work for the rest of us?
